| | Long time 9 with Suzanne at about 11:30 pace plus a potty break then 3 more by myself I would guess about 8 min miles then I had to run the kids around and I lifted triceps and biceps at the gym for about an hour. |

Spring Farms 5k (3.1 Miles) 00:18:44, Place overall: 2, Place in age division: 1 | | Little race just over 100 people. I started strong. At about mile 1 George Katz passed me and he slowly drifted ahead. Felt strong especially for running yesterday. I'll have to log the rest of my week but on my iPhone. |
