Body Comp 180.2 lbs 9.3 to 16.6% BF. I felt good I ran pretty hard on the streets and trails of Draper It took 1:19:30 but I think my total was closer to 10.2 HR was 155/165. It was quite warm out and I was a little over dressed.

Matt - I'll try not using Cameron...I saw what you meant. We may have to shoot for next Tuesday. I could go this Thurs but it is no good for you and I have made plans for Sat am. However, depending on what time you want to go, I would do a double on Sat...I'll probably be going pretty early with my current plans (6 or 6:30) and I'll be out for 2:30 for sure. Lemme know!
