I keep dreaming of a sub 16 5k - that isn't very realistc.

I guess I just want to stay in shape and try to improve. Drop my 5k time and break 1:15 in the half Marathon and 2:45 in the full

Left achilles was tight only made it 4 then I did abs and 15 mins more on core after.  In the PM I lifted on the chest for 55 mins.

Left achilles tight ran 9 couldn't go anymore after that I rode the bike for 30 minutes..

I took a day off running to rest my left achilles I lifted on the back for an hour.

BF hit 5.8% today ran 3.5 in 24:09 HR was low. then I did ab class for 30 mins and 20 pullups.

Ran 10 in 1:15:58 achilles still very tight HR 137/145 after that more stretching. It is feeling better.
