I keep dreaming of a sub 16 5k - that isn't very realistc.

I guess I just want to stay in shape and try to improve. Drop my 5k time and break 1:15 in the half Marathon and 2:45 in the full

Body Comp 180.2 lbs  17.6% to 10.8% BF could have slept a little more.  Went to Tree house.  Ran on Tread Mill 0% incline

9:18, 8:32, 8:10, 7:56, 7:49, 7:38, 7:26, 7:16, 7:05, 6:55 total 1:18:10.  Felt very strong in cardio but my achilles still felt weak although not extremly strained.  148/164 HR I would guess old monitor needs a new battery. 

Did  apost run cool down jogged down and came to walk .5 miles 5:49

Afterwords 19:37 on the roller and stretching, 15:58 on the core situps, roman chair, ball, back, 19:30 working inner legs and talking to Darren,

Matt, saw on another post of yours some question about Boston qualifying time. My understanding is you only get one 59 second bump, so your qualifying time would be 3:15:59.

Note the example given on the official page: "*An additional 59 seconds will be accepted for each age group time standard. For example, a net time of 3:50:59 will be accepted for a 42-year-old woman."

But I doubt you'd need the extra time anyway.

Yea I have been wondering about that it has never seemed really clear to me so I just want to be sub 3:15:00 thanks for your insight.
