I keep dreaming of a sub 16 5k - that isn't very realistc.

Fun Little race. My second time doing it. I'll put my report in later 6th 7th and 8th allin my age group less then a minute apart. I took 7th overall got chicked once. So i missed the trophy. Oh well next year. It was fun.

Not a bad time way up there at "altitude". That soounds like a great race for a Memorial Day Weekend. I'll have to remember it next year.

Nice work! I've ran up Memorial hill a few times during my easy runs, but it's gotta be gnarly when you're charging. I keep an eye out for you next year.
