| | Hit my 13.1 at 1:33:55 not bad considering how slow I started. I felt fine the whole time like I never did push it. Nice cool temps. My hr was about 156/164. After read scriptures with the fam and headed to the gym for kats ab class for 30 mins. My back and left shoulder have been aching. |

| | Barely broke 8 min mile pace. Took 1:22:05 hr was136/147. Then we read scriptures. I went to the gym for Julie spin class for 55 mins. My hronitor seemed to have some problems it was158/172. Might have picking somebody elses up. At lunch I swam for 25 minutes a good 800 freestyle and a leisurley 250 yards back stroke. |

| | First 7.4 with Camdog in 56:40 hr was about 148/159. Then I ran 6 more in 43:40 hr was about 154/160, then I headed to the gym for Bobbis weight class for 55 mins. Then I used the vibrating platform and roller for about 10 mins. Shoulders feel better left mid back still has a little tare. Left Achilles is inflamming a bit. |
