I keep dreaming of a sub 16 5k - that isn't very realistc.

I guess I just want to stay in shape and try to improve. Drop my 5k time and break 1:15 in the half Marathon and 2:45 in the full

Body Comp 183.4 lbs 17.2 % to 10.4% BF I felt realtively well rested and energized.  Definetley no dehydration. 

I ran 12 miles on TM at TH 0.5% incline felt very powerful.  I used a water bottle and ate half a  powerbar before starting. 1:29:30 HR 160/168

afterwards .2 mile cool down jog walk 2:35 HR 140/165. 

Stretching and core work 24:27 106/127 HR

During lunch came back to do my first leg lifting and some core work.  48 min. HR 131/157.  I am really starting to turn into a Gym rat.

 Body Comp 181 lbs 17.3 to 10.2% BF I felt a little lack of power.  A little Dehydrated and a little tired.  I am looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow.  I have been getting good nutrition but I wonder if I should be eating more.  On the days I feel a lack of energy. 

Ran 10 miles at the TH on the TM at 1% incline 1:19:45 HR 151/156.  I felt tired but I had put in a lot of miles yesterday.  Afterwards, .3 mile cool down jog to walk 3:39 HR 133/153. Followed by some foam roller work and stretching along with a little core 13 mins HR 99/119

 Lifted weights for Lunch upper body felt really tired but I did it anyway.  Started on the NO explode again.  It started to kick in the last 20 mins. 1hr HR127/155

Body Comp 180.6 lbs. 17.9% to 10.9% BF I was cold and didn't sleep well.  I just started a cold.  I ate an apple and it never settled well Suzanne asked me to get the kids ready tomorrow so I ran today instead.  Ran at the TH on the TM at 1% incline.  I felt strong enough but I the apple really killed my running and it never settled.  I haven't been taking my stomach medicine for 3 weeks.  I'm sure that had something to do with it.

1:30:53 HR 147/156 11 miles after that a .2 mile cool down in three minutes.  122/146.  I am still planning on spinning at lunch time. 

Spinning with Trish 52:43 HR 157/174 Suzanne came with me and that made it a little more bearable and motivated me a little more.  My Heart rate was about as high as it has been is spin since I started doing the class.  I don’t know if I am coming down with something or I was just punching it that hard.  It felt intense and Suzanne always gives me extra motivation.  Afterwards I did 17 mins of stretching that I missed this morning

Body Comp 180 lbs.  17.2 to 10.4% BF cold season has hit me with a hammer and left me lying on the ground.

Body Comp 184.4 lbs. 8.9 to 16.2 % BF felt good ran outside HR monitor had problems but it was like 147/165.  I ran 11 of my mile at the Alta HS track I tended to go along the track alot faster and My Foot pood was measuring off about 2.5%. 2:56:43. 

IN the PM I lifted for 40 mins upper body.
