Body Comp 183.4 lbs 17.2 % to 10.4% BF I felt realtively well rested and energized. Definetley no dehydration.
I ran 12 miles on TM at TH 0.5% incline felt very powerful. I used a water bottle and ate half a powerbar before starting. 1:29:30 HR 160/168
afterwards .2 mile cool down jog walk 2:35 HR 140/165.
Stretching and core work 24:27 106/127 HR
During lunch came back to do my first leg lifting and some core work. 48 min. HR 131/157. I am really starting to turn into a Gym rat. |
