Body Comp was 6.7 to 14.3 BF we had rice and chicken broccoli for dinner last night and I was feeling good minus the cough and sore left calf. I ran 13 miles in 95 mins 42 secs. Never felt like I pushed it HR was low 147/154. Could have gone lots further at this level. After I ran and walked a .7 mile cool down. I did it all at the TH on the TM at 1% incline |
