First 7.4 with Camdog in 56:40 hr was about 148/159. Then I ran 6 more in 43:40 hr was about 154/160, then I headed to the gym for Bobbis weight class for 55 mins. Then I used the vibrating platform and roller for about 10 mins. Shoulders feel better left mid back still has a little tare. Left Achilles is inflamming a bit. |
