On the TM at the TH 1% incline first mile 7:08 next 7 at 6:40 pace. Then I slowed down last 2.3 to 7:08 after the run 35 mins on abs with KAT plus 25 pullups 20 chinups. HR 161/171 for the run. In the PM soccer rained out so I came back to lift on chest for 40 mins. |
