So I have this terrible cold and for some reason today I just started pooring it on although I felt like crap and I was just able to hang with it. I felt pretty good about this one. It was one of my best trainers in a couple months HR was about 166/173 burned 1247 cals and after I went to spin with Julie I really nailed it there as well. Which was yet more suprising. 45 minutes of hard core plus the warm up which was short and then the cool down. I stll have the monster cold. High weight was 171.6 Time was 58:42 |
