ran 6 hard first one in 7:17 then 6:40's for 2, pushed it up each of the next 3 miles then down to 6:39 to finish out. It was very cool at the end, to watch my heart rate drop as I backed off a little even though I was running 9 MPH. I would guess my HR was like 159/174 after I did abs then 20 pullups and 15 more minutes of core work. tonight upper body lifting on the chest. Total running time for the 7.5 50:08 including the warm up and cool down. In the PM I went back to the Gym and lifted on the chest and pecs for an hour. |
