Body Comp 176.0 lbs 17% to 10% BF. Felt pretty good today. I haven’t been taking much Ibuprofen cause unless I run or hop I really don’t feel any pain. I take this as a good sign. I still haven’t heard for the sports med DR. but I will probably call him by day’s end. Today I went with Suzanne to the spinning class with Trish. I think it was my best effort ever. I must be improving my strength or my overall cardio must be down enough to let me hit higher thresholds. I am thinking it is most likely improving strength but only time will tell. I think all the cross training is making my overall body feel much healthier and increasing my energy level
Biked 50:14 HR 163/179. I think that is a record for the class on both average and the high, but certainly for the average. Then I stretched, did the roller and some lifting. HR 119/157 for 30:21. Felt fine on the way out like I could have gone for a lot longer. |
