I keep dreaming of a sub 16 5k - that isn't very realistc.

I guess I just want to stay in shape and try to improve. Drop my 5k time and break 1:15 in the half Marathon and 2:45 in the full

Brighton was not well again last night so I slept with him and he was burning up, but I got up and made it to the gym anyway.  Took N. O. Explode, 6 miles in 46:58 6.5 to 7.7 miles per hour, after .3 mile cool down in 4:40, after 10 min stretch and ate a protein bar, lifted on back for 75 minutes mixed a little bit of shoulders.  Right leg still a little off but I felt relaxed.  Feels like a mix of tendionitis and a shin splint at this point but different.

benched and worked on chest for 75 mins, then shoulders for 50 mins, Legs felt really good and I was tempted to run but I am sticking to my plan.  Wish I got more sleep.

Big day ran 19.5 around Draper in 2:40 minutes then I showered and headed to the Gym leg weight for 20 mins then biceps for 30 then triceps for 30.  Thought I should try out the new swimwear Suzanne bought me 27 mins in the pool 900 Meters 300 Meters on my back. I guess when the cats away this mouse likes to work out.  I am glad tomorrow is a rest day though.
