I keep dreaming of a sub 16 5k - that isn't very realistc.

I guess I just want to stay in shape and try to improve. Drop my 5k time and break 1:15 in the half Marathon and 2:45 in the full

My 10 day old Nephew ended up in the Hospital and I watched his kids for my brother. No run today or trip to the Gym.

Mork Back for 45 mins then abs for 32 then spin I did a spin class for an hour and cool down.
