HR 157/165 ran my 10 mile plus the draper day an extra time, took the N.O. before then went home read with the kids and of to the Gym worked on chest for 50 mins 20 lifts, then abs class for 35 mins 127/151, then 11 more minutes on the chest 11 lifts HR 126/149. I am supposed to go back in the PM when the kids have swim team. |
