Went to the TH to run on the TM at 1% easy day and my left calf felt tight all day yesterday so I needed it. 10 mile run 1st one to warm up then about 7.7 mph pace total time 1:18:19 HR 140/147 proably was highest when I was talking to some friends. After that I ran and cooled down another .7 did some leg lifting stretching and core roller. |
