I keep dreaming of a sub 16 5k - that isn't very realistc.

I guess I just want to stay in shape and try to improve. Drop my 5k time and break 1:15 in the half Marathon and 2:45 in the full

Day of Rest and I really need it my achilles is killing me.

Ran on the TM at TH 1% nice and easy HR low like 134/145 left achilles still kills, then I did abs and core work for 35 then 10 mins on vibrating machine it really lossened up some stuff In the PM I went back to lift on my chest for 45 mins.

9 on the TM worked the vibrating machine after achilles still hurts but its feeling better.  Time was 1:06:21

Ran 1.5 after stretching out then bobbis weight class for an hour. Time was 12:12 IN the PM I came back and lifted on my back for 35 mins

Achilles feeling better just about everyday.Ran at a pretty good pace HR 147/160 then 30 min abs with Kat time was  42:39
