I keep dreaming of a sub 16 5k - that isn't very realistc.

I guess I just want to stay in shape and try to improve. Drop my 5k time and break 1:15 in the half Marathon and 2:45 in the full

On trails with Cam Dog down to the Park on Draper Canal Back Via Porter Rockwell. then to the gym to lift.

Not time for to much this morning.  Suzanne was puking and I had to take care of her in the morn and Day.  Had one of my buddies come over and give her an IV.  Anyway I ran three this morning and I did Bobbi/'s class she went hard core time for the three was 21:30.  Hoping for more tomorrow.

First 7 miles in 47:15 quick potty break and 1.1 more at 7.5 mph pace.  Then I did the ab class with Laura for 35 mins. Run was HR 160/173 felt great.  Then an hour of 10 round kick boxing.

On the TM at the TH took  3:26:13 which I felt great about stopped after one mile for a quick potty stop then again after 14 miles for 30 seconds to fill water bottles HR was like 145/153 until the last 4 minutes when I speed up.  Felt good
