I keep dreaming of a sub 16 5k - that isn't very realistc.

I guess I just want to stay in shape and try to improve. Drop my 5k time and break 1:15 in the half Marathon and 2:45 in the full

Bike for 20 minutes, Stair steper for 20 then elliptical for 12, then abs with Kat for 35.

Did the stair steper for 10 minutes then spin class with Julie for 55 minutes. Got the he up there 158/168

at lunch I swam a mile in 31 minutes and then did another couple 100 yards in drills.

I did Bobbi's weight class for an hour. Then Heather's spin class for 45 minutes.

10 mins on the elliptical, 25 minutes on biceps, 35 minutes in Laura's ab class, and another 20 minutes doing addtional core work.
