| | Ran my first 16 around lake goodwin three times plus an extra .4 with Suzanne took 3 hours 3 mins 37 seconds. She said I was here running caddie. after I dropped her off did a little more then 4 more miles in about 35 mins. Lake Goodwin is very hilly after I was done I split wood for two more hours. and lots of swimming and playing with the kids. |
