I keep dreaming of a sub 16 5k - that isn't very realistc.

I guess I just want to stay in shape and try to improve. Drop my 5k time and break 1:15 in the half Marathon and 2:45 in the full

N. O. explode Ran on TM at TH 10 miles in 1:15:52 then I lifted on the back for about 60 mins and I did the ab class in between with Laura

In NY at the Hotel ran 5.1 first 4 in 30 then I cooled down.  On TM 1% incline

On TM at the Hotel in NY 1% incline first 5 miles in 36:52 then I cooled down.  Legs feeling a tad tight right knee cap rubbing a little.

Woke up early for flight from JFK to SEA then I split wood for an hour when I got here.

Ran my first 16 around lake goodwin three times plus an extra .4 with Suzanne took 3 hours 3 mins 37 seconds.  She said I was here running caddie.  after I dropped her off did a little more then 4 more miles in about 35 mins.  Lake Goodwin is very hilly after I was done I split wood for two more hours. and lots of swimming and playing with the kids.
