I keep dreaming of a sub 16 5k - that isn't very realistc.

I guess I just want to stay in shape and try to improve. Drop my 5k time and break 1:15 in the half Marathon and 2:45 in the full

Lifted on Pecs for 80 mins this morning and did ab class for 32 mins.  hoping to run tonight especially after weighing in this morning at 184 on the Bright side the scale said I was 9.3% BF but still 12 lbs in 73 days is to much.

 

Got a PM run in 10 miles pretty good at 1:16:37 over 150/159 HR

My 10 day old Nephew ended up in the Hospital and I watched his kids for my brother. No run today or trip to the Gym.

Mork Back for 45 mins then abs for 32 then spin I did a spin class for an hour and cool down.

HR 153/174 on the 10 1:15:37 then cool down for .6 before I did ab classs and 10 mins on back before the run all on the TM at TH it is cold out side.
