I keep dreaming of a sub 16 5k - that isn't very realistc.

I guess I just want to stay in shape and try to improve. Drop my 5k time and break 1:15 in the half Marathon and 2:45 in the full

Day or rest felt no more flu symptoms.  Had four families over for Sunday dinner lots of fun tons of kids

7 miles in 51:43 then .3 in 3:17 then leg stretch and roller for 15 mins.  Then ab class for  30 then biceps for 30 mins.

Brighton was not well again last night so I slept with him and he was burning up, but I got up and made it to the gym anyway.  Took N. O. Explode, 6 miles in 46:58 6.5 to 7.7 miles per hour, after .3 mile cool down in 4:40, after 10 min stretch and ate a protein bar, lifted on back for 75 minutes mixed a little bit of shoulders.  Right leg still a little off but I felt relaxed.  Feels like a mix of tendionitis and a shin splint at this point but different.

Triceps 20 minutes, then spin for 55 then run for 4 miles I felt like crap.  Wanted to stop after one talked myself into 4
