I keep dreaming of a sub 16 5k - that isn't very realistc.

I guess I just want to stay in shape and try to improve. Drop my 5k time and break 1:15 in the half Marathon and 2:45 in the full

Ran outside at 5:30 then I lifted on shoulders and biceps for an hour and did Laura's ab class

Ran on Tm at TH 1% incline pretty up tempo.  Legs are finally starting to come back. Time 1:14:48 then the .3 for about 3 mins.

did the elliptical for 20 minutes HR 127/149, lifted on Back for 65 minutes, in the PM I went swimming with Suzanne 1 mile in about 35 minutes
