I keep dreaming of a sub 16 5k - that isn't very realistc.

I guess I just want to stay in shape and try to improve. Drop my 5k time and break 1:15 in the half Marathon and 2:45 in the full

1:39:46 HR 153/164 10 mile loop plus another draper days loop. Then I went to the Gym lifted on chest 35 minutes and Ab class for 30 minutes.

Long time very slow like 1:36 mins to do the loop heart rate low.  Then I went to the Gym and lifted on Back for 58 minutes in the PM I swam with the kids for 45 minutes which was probably only slightly more intense then sitting around watching TV.

Body Comp 9.5% to 16.5% BF I think the weight lifting is responsible for some of my weight gain.  Ran 3.7 really fast hit the first mile warming up at 6:57 last .2 a walk then I did a an hour long weight class.  Hamstrings are very sore.  After I stretched for 10 mins.

In the PM 29 mins on elliptical and 45 minutes on biceps

5.4 Miles on the Boneville Shorline Trail with Cam and his friends, Troy, John and Dusty, then I did 2.5 at the gym plus the ab class and I worked on stretching core roller and a few leg weights.

Went to the Gym for Man Abs with Wayne early lifted a little on shoulders before and a lot after 40 mins on shoulders 33 min abs then I met Suzanne to run new draper course 2 rimes plus alittle extra.  Took the NO early
